I have a wrought-iron pan, and after many uses it still sticks quite a bit. And yes, I baked it ;-). What about this pan?
Depends on the fried food. Fried eggs and pancakes, for example, stick if they are fried with too little fat. Meat, on the other hand, sticks less.
