Question about Le Creuset Signature
How many litres does this 24cm pot hold? And is it black inside, i.e. cast iron?
According to lecreuset.ch, the 24cm pot holds 4.2L, I have never measured it, I cook with wrist*π. The pot is made of cast iron, as described in the title, and is enamelled ecru on the inside. My old pot was black, but this coating started to come off after 20 years. Let's see how long the new pot lasts.
By the way, the old lid with the black handle fits the new pot better ;-)
