Question about Philips 5000 Series HR3741/00

Unfortunately, the first stage is already very fast and there is often a mess if you are not careful. That's the only thing that really bothers me about the appliance. I blend everything briefly before switching on the blender. But I still really like using the appliance because the result is always great. We've had the mixer for a very long time and there have never been any crumbs in the dough, even with the baking beginners in the household :)
