Hi need reset the wifi but can't do it. I am touching power button and the light button 3 + sec but it doesnt beep and wifi sign doesnt turn orange. Can anyone help?

Hello I have already done this several times one of the possibilities is the answer above, other solution is via your router you disconnect the device or via the Philips app.

Pull the plug out of the socket and then press the power button. This will completely de-energise the unit. Then do the whole thing again from the beginning.
