Hello, What exactly is the difference between 4000i and 3000i? I need one for a cat allergy in the flat.

The main difference lies in the cleaning performance. While the 3000i is suitable for rooms up to 135 m2, the larger 4000i can clean rooms up to 158 m2. Both are equally suitable for cat allergies and have the same types of filters. Any automatic ventilation in the home reduces the cleaning performance, which is why I would opt for the 4000i if in doubt. I am very satisfied with it.

hello, yes the 4000i is for a room size of 158m2. We have a 90m2 flat and the device is in the living room by the door, so it can keep the whole flat clean of air particles. I would also definitely recommend the 4000i, it also reacts very well and quickly to odours such as perfume, fragrance fresheners, but also if you clean with a more pungent, odour-intensive cleaning agent, the device reacts very well to this and displays an increased gas value. So the appliance is TOP

Unfortunately, I'm not sure either. The 4000i is great for our needs. Unfortunately, we don't have a cat.

This one is cegen Kathenalergie and I am very satisfied.....The device detects any difference in the air and switches on and off automatically when the air quality is poor or the Alergie Index is high.
