Hello Can anyone tell me whether this breadmaker can also bake bread in approx. 2 hours (quick programme), like the Panasonic SD-YR2540, if it needs to be baked a little faster.

I had to get rid of the Gastroback after about 2 years because it was defective. That's why I can no longer answer the question. Now I make the bread by hand. I wouldn't buy a breadmaker again.
