Question about Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X10+

I've had this problem and it can be solved very simply. Just connect a syringe to the pipe where the clean water should enter and pump some water from the syringe. I'm guessing there can be some kind of air/water blockage or maybe a twisted pipe. It is very easy to solve.

Unfortunately, I can't help you any further. I had the problem that it didn't get any water at first. I took the device to Galaxie the next day and a new device was there and it runs without problems.
I would report it as a warranty case and then there's a replacement device.
