Hi, I had the same problem shortly after I bought it and I sent it to the repair shop under warranty and they are sending me a new one. Have a nice day.

This can happen if your water is very hard ... in this case you should try to free the 3 small nozzles under the microflora with a needle and a little anti-scale product, also fill the tank with a little anti-scale and let it work to clean the small pump ... if it does not work you should replace the tank if more warranty
