Question about Samsung Bespoke Jet Plus Pro Extra (580W)
Good day I put the vacuum cleaner back into operation today. Unfortunately, I have a problem with all the brushes supplied. They all make a humming noise when vacuuming, similar to a pneumatic hammer or drill. Is this a known problem and can I get a free replacement or am I possibly doing something wrong? Many thanks

I also did not get and battery does not hold as described!
