Question about Philips 2000 series AC2729/10

Does this Philips air purifier and humidifier work better in cleaning the air than a regular philips air purifier (Lets say AC1214/10 or AC2889/10)? I want to know if it is better to by a combi or better to buy a separate humidifier and a separate purifier. I mean are there certain particles that are filtered by a regular air purifier that are not filtered by the combi? or the combi filters everything what a purifier filters and more? I see this combi uses the same filters as AC1214/10, why is it not called HEPA if the filters are the same? Thank you in advamce for your answer
