Does the pan still need to be baked in or is it already baked in and ready to use? How hot does the handle get?

Hello It is ready for use immediately, just rinse it briefly before using it for the first time. The handle heat can be described as lukewarm at most. An important note: The pan is very heavy!!! From this point of view, it is not suitable for all people. So also the easy throwing up, if you want to do it to turn the side........ you can forget!!!!!!
