Question about Beka Wok 'Nomad
Does it have a protective coating/treatment on the outside or does it also need to be oiled on the outside? How well does cooking on an induction hob work?
I've never oiled it on the outside and I think it would be dangerous to do so given the contact with the heat source. I don't have induction, so I can't say.
On the other hand, it was practically impossible to cook on my vitroceram and I had to ask someone with a barbecue to help me do it on a flame that went up the sides.
