Is the appliance sold a CH appliance, i.e. does the Elux 30-day money back guarantee apply?

I have two types of carpet in my flat.
1. a "relatively" thick (~1.5cm) solid shoe mat. >> This is circled
2. 3x "fuzzy" carpet with approx. 3-4 cm long cotton threads attached to a ~0.5cm thick carpet >> furrs on it and gets stuck because it sucks on the thick threads. >> i.e. remove carpet before cleaning or set up an ignore zone in the app.

Before I set up the zones, it always vacuumed the carpet last. However, since I have a medium-short lint carpet, the Robo has never had any problems. However, after 3-4 weeks of use, my girlfriend's long hair tends to get on the Robo a bit.
