Question about Wood's MDK21

I received a replacement device at the time. Unfortunately, it now has exactly the same problem shortly after the warranty expired. Very sobering.

I have had the device for almost 2 years (15.9.2024) and am satisfied with it. But now suddenly all the buttons in the display list no longer light up. Only On/Off, current humidity, dry and swivel. I have read that when the appliance is on dry, it switches off after a certain time for an hour. I have tried everything, disconnected the appliance from the mains for several hours, but nothing has worked. Adjustment is only possible with great difficulty, but it still works. I have now reported this to Galaxus because the 2-year warranty is about to expire, I have registered it with Woods, where there should be a 3-year warranty. I will report back here when I have more information

Hello, this problem has occurred on models 08.2023-10.2023 (PRoduction date). This has been fixed by the Wood's brand. All affected customers have been sent a new appliance. Lg Manuel Rupp
