Can you use a blender to mince meat?
Meat is typically minced with a meat grinder. Even there, you have to cool it properly with ice (or have the meat in the freezer long enough so that it is very cold but not yet frozen) so that the mixture doesn't get "weird". I advise against doing this with my stand mixer. The speed is much too high. It's different with tuna, for example. But for this, a hand blender is usually enough, considering the quantity. Have a good summer.
It depends. Firstly, what kind of blender you use (blade, wattage) and secondly, what kind of meat and how much. With a decent blender and not too large pieces of meat, it's no problem. But why are you asking the question here about the Kitchen Aid stand mixer?
I haven't tried it yet. I would try it with a small portion.
