Can this dehumidifier be operated with a timer? Does the unit continue to run as before after it is switched on?

Not yet tried with timer.... I always enter the humidity level as a target (40/50/60%), then the unit switches on and off automatically.

I haven't done this yet, but there is no reason why it shouldn't work. I switch on and off by pulling the plug.
