Question about Neato Botvac Connected

I have the D5 Connected and the battery fitted.

I have just seen your question. Unfortunately the battery did not work on a Botvac Connected D4, the reason is not known. Neato asked me to send the robot back!!!! And finally I'm going to try to exchange the battery with the guarantee. My robot always works with the original battery (with very little autonomy unfortunately).

I also have the D5 and it fitted as well
