yes, that's actually the big advantage of the induction hob; provided you have the right cooking utensils, i.e. pans...because it's so much quicker than with a conventional hob!!!! The appliance has various heating levels and programmes for reheating, frying, simmering etc. If you need to cook quickly and time is running out, these appliances definitely have an advantage, but you should stick to the pan like chewing gum to your shoes... otherwise something will burn quickly... for frying meat = ideal!!!
