Can I also use the pan on the grill (gas and charcoal)? I am a bit critical because of the coating

Yes, that is possible. However, the maximum temperature of 260 degrees Celsius must not be exceeded.

Hello on the internet at Le Creuset is a very good description. Gas not too hot, on the fireplace I only need to rub out old pans with paper, possibly for crusts, soak cooled with hot water without soap, rinse and dry very well and grease.
