Question about Peugeot Paris

Attention: NOT Peugeot 6602418 as stated under specification (without U-Select), but model with U-Select. The manufacturer number in the specification is WRONG, as is the picture of the grinder at the bottom. I received one with plastic at the bottom (U-Select), not the one pictured. I really tried to explain to the customer service when I returned it that you could perhaps correct the specification, but instead I was rudely snapped at and told that the manufacturer's number was completely irrelevant (!). Only the Digitec article number counted. This may be the case internally, but these are simply completely different products. Neither the pictures nor the specifications are correct! What has happened to your service? By the way, the shop was empty, it wasn't the time.
