The aluminium body of the pan has been treated with a 3-layer Thermolon Infinity ceramic non-stick coating (PFOA-free) and reinforced with diamonds - it distributes and retains heat well and is easy to clean. Just a few drops of fat are enough to prepare deep-fried dishes. The energy-saving Magneto base ensures efficiency on all heat sources, including induction hobs. The pan should be used on medium power hobs. The pan can also be used in the oven up to +160°C. Note: When using on a gas hob, make sure that the flame does not extend beyond the contours of the pan, as this can lead to overheating and damage to the bakelite handles.
