A high-quality aluminum special alloy with an especially thick base (9 mm) ensures optimal heat conduction and retention. The pan is oven-safe (complete with handle) up to 240 °C.
After use, the pan should always be rinsed with warm water and dish soap. Using suitable heat-resistant fats and oils prevents tar residues and other deposits, while also extending the non-stick property.
