Always allow the pan to cool down before cleaning, as large heat fluctuations can lead to irreparable deformation and damage the coating. Use hot water and a soft sponge or a dishwashing brush (no steel wool or scouring pads) to clean the pan. Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents inside the pan. Burnt-on residues can be removed more easily after soaking in hot water. Cleaning in the dishwasher can reduce the non-stick effect due to the aggressive cleaning agents, so we recommend washing by hand.
