On the Bosch PVS775HC1E, you can easily grill a salmon or a courgette slice, and the induction hob features a flexible cooking zone. You connect by pressing a cooking zone button to create a space for a grill plate or a frying pan. If you only have small pans, you can use the zones separately. Large pans can also be easily placed on the four cooking zones. At 71 centimeters, the hob is much wider than the 56-centimeter niche, and each cooking zone has 17 cooking positions that you set using the slider control.
