Product details

Round baking pan made of metal with a diameter of 23 cm. It features a double non-stick coating and is heat-resistant up to 240 °C. The springform is dishwasher safe and made from heavy carbon steel, which distributes heat evenly for consistent baking results. Baked goods can be easily released from the pan, and the smooth edge prevents impressions, making it perfect for cheesecakes, cakes, and sponge batter. The double non-stick coating Quantum II allows for effortless release of baked goods. The rolled edges provide additional stability. The springform is designed for temperatures up to 240 °C, and the robust carbon steel ensures a long lifespan.
