Zwilling Twin Four Star II

This bread knife from the Twin Four Star II series is a reinterpretation of the classic by Zwilling. The stainless steel application integrated into the handle provides the knife with optimal balance, ensuring greater safety and comfort. The blade is 20 cm long and, thanks to its professional serrated edge, is particularly well-suited for cutting freshly baked bread and crispy crusts. Sigmaforge knives are precision-forged from a single piece, which ensures excellent cutting properties.

The quality and high precision of the knives are significantly determined by the use of a special stainless steel, the Zwilling special melt. Additionally, the so-called Friodur blade is ice-hardened, making it particularly flexible and resistant to corrosion.
