Product details
The boning knife from the Twin Four Star II series, featuring a 14 cm blade, is excellent for professionally removing bones and skinning meat or poultry. With its tapered, slim, and sharp blade, you can easily separate the meat from the bone and remove skin and tendons. This precision-forged Sigmaforge knife, made from a single piece, is characterized by its long-lasting sharpness, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. The bolster on the ergonomically shaped handle ensures a secure grip. The transition from the bolster to the handle allows for easy handling of the boning knife without any annoying edges. The Zwilling special melt, thanks to the balanced composition of chromium and carbon, ensures high-quality steel. This knife, with its ice-hardened Friodur blade from Zwilling, can be used for preparing meat and poultry where precise and accurate cutting properties are required.
