The vegetable knife from the Professional S series is a versatile helper when preparing vegetable and fruit dishes. Thanks to its short, 8 cm long blade, the knife is very handy and is ideal for cutting and cleaning vegetables.

The paring knife is precision forged from one piece of steel and additionally refined by a special ice-hardening process. This ensures high corrosion resistance and long-lasting sharpness. The smooth cutting edge ensures a precise, clean cut for both soft and hard material.

The small, lightweight vegetable knife fits comfortably in the hand thanks to the ergonomically shaped handle. The classic 3-rivet design with continuous tang not only gives the knife a good balance but also a modern look. Das Zwilling hätte durchaus eine bessere Bewertung verdient gehabt, sieht man sich die gute Schnittqualität und Ergonomie in Verbindung mit dem guten Gesamturteil im Punkt Reinigen an. Für die Spülmaschinenreinigung gibt es sogar ein sehr gutes Urteil. Auch die Haltbarkeit scheint auf den ersten Blick gut bis sehr gut, das zumindest würden die Wertungen für die Haltbarkeit der Klingenschärfe, die Beständigkeit...
