This chef's knife from the Zwilling Pro Wood series is a large, robust knife that allows you to effortlessly chop herbs, slice vegetables, and cut meat. The handle made of oak wood features a natural grain that makes each knife unique. Thanks to the curved shape of the bolster, the knife is well-balanced in the hand. This enables you to cut safely and precisely with the entire blade. The blades are refined using a special ice-hardening process, making them particularly corrosion-resistant yet flexible. The knife is sharpened on both sides at an optimized angle of approximately 30° (15° on each side). As a result, the knife has a high sharpness that allows you to perform all cutting tasks in the kitchen with ease.
