The grill pan from the Murano series by Ballarini will have your guests exclaiming "Bravissimo" – even without an expensive outdoor grill. The square, ridged cooking surface of the 28 cm diameter pan offers plenty of space. Unlike most grills, this pan is dishwasher safe, although we recommend the gentler hand wash. It is easy and quick to clean, and thanks to the 5-layer Granitium Extreme non-stick coating, nothing will stick even at high temperatures. When grilling on the stove, quick and even heating of the cookware is essential. This is ensured by the solid aluminum material and the induction-compatible bi-metal base made of aluminum and steel. Additionally, the Radiant Induction technology guarantees higher induction heat for energy-efficient cooking. The practical Thermopoint on the heat-insulated soft-touch handle indicates when the grill pan is hot enough. Also convenient are the two pouring spouts on either side of the pan, as delicious grill stripes can only be achieved when fat and oil can be poured off. The beautiful design was developed in Milan by the studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez, and the pan is made in Italy.
