The 2-piece Zwilling knife set from the Pro series is characterized by quality, strength, design, and style. They are precision-forged from a single piece of steel.

The blade is made from Friodur steel. Knives marked with Friodur undergo a special ice-hardening process to enhance their quality.

The sharpening of the knives is done in five stages, giving them their final shape. Zwilling knives are sharper and more cutting than ever. The handle, with its 3-rivet construction and full tang, offers optimal balance. The knife components are seamlessly joined together.

This carving set consists of: a carving knife with a 20 cm blade length and a carving fork with a 14 cm prong length.
