It features an ergonomic handle made from premium oak wood with a three-rivet design for fatigue-free and safe working. Sigmaforge knives are forged from a single piece for precise cutting. The two-stage V-edge sharpening additionally ensures long-lasting sharpness, providing consistently high and precise cutting performance. High-quality Friodur steel from Zwilling's special melting process, ice-hardened. Hand washing is recommended.
