The ice-hardened FRIODUR blade is forged in Solingen from corrosion-resistant stainless steel from the exclusive ZWILLING special melt, making it very durable while also being sharp and flexible. This, along with the newly shaped ergonomic handle, ensures comfortable, fatigue-free working with any cutting technique.
