ZWIEGER Obsidian frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm made from die-cast aluminum – designed for better heat conduction and distribution. The pan features a three-layer Greblon® C3+ non-stick coating, which provides an additional protective layer and represents the highest quality coating for professional use. Cleaning the pan after use is convenient and quick, as prepared foods do not stick to the surface. Low-temperature cooking with little or no fat supports a healthy lifestyle.

The pan offers full induction, allowing for 30–50% better energy utilization of the stove due to complete magnetic conduction. The soft handle is ergonomically shaped and about 20% longer than a standard handle. Thanks to the rubberized TPR coating, it ensures excellent balance and a reliable grip. The exterior of the pan is completely coated with heat-resistant silicone paint, which helps it maintain its appearance for a long time and makes it resistant to rotting or discoloration.
