The new cake lifter from Zenker makes it easy to release and lift cakes from the bottom of the baking pan. The thin stainless steel plate easily slides under cut cake layers. This cake lifter is particularly useful when combined with Zenker's cake layer cutting aid. The practical grip indentation allows for comfortable handling. Additionally, large cakes can be safely transported on the approximately 28 x 30 cm surface. Special ribs on the stainless steel surface prevent cakes or tarts from sticking. The cake lifter can also be used as a cutting board and is dishwasher safe.
