Metal fruit cake pan with a diameter of 30 cm. Easy to release and heat-resistant up to 230 °C. Equipped with a Teflon Classic non-stick coating. Hand washing is recommended. Zenker has been awarded the Brand of the Century. As part of a project by Studio ZX on behalf of the Zeit Publishing Group, Zenker successfully impressed the jury in the product category "Baking Pans."
