Metal bread loaf baking pan. Features a waffle bottom. Heat resistant up to 230 °C. With Ilag Ultimate non-stick coating. Hand wash recommended. Zenker has been awarded as the brand of the century. As part of the eponymous project by Studio ZX on behalf of the Zeit publishing group, Zenker successfully stood out in the product category "baking pans" during a three-phase evaluation process by the jury.
