This large baking and carving board is made of solid beech wood. It is characterized by its surface hardness and is the ideal cutting surface for your knives due to its knife-friendly properties. The board has a juice groove all around and is therefore ideal for carving and slicing meat and poultry. The stop bar keeps the board in place at all times.
