This metal combination gives the knife a hardness of 60±2 HRC, making it durable and sharp. The ergonomically shaped handle made from birch root wood ensures a balanced weight distribution and allows for ambidextrous use thanks to the symmetrical grind. The natural grain of the wood and the Damascus pattern of the blade make each knife unique.
