Yaxell TSUCHIMON Nakiri

Tsuchimon - This traditional name represents a dynamic line design and a hammered finish in the upper part of the blade made from high-quality 3-layer steel. The rust-resistant core layer is made of VG10 steel, which achieves a hardness of 61 Rockwell through a special hardening process, and is forged on both sides with a layer of rust-resistant steel. This allows for a clean cut through the food being prepared. The black handle of this knife series is made from particularly durable polished linen Micarta, an odorless and temperature-resistant blend of linen and resin, crafted in an elegant wood look. The handle elements are secured with two rivets, and a core made of 18/10 stainless steel provides additional stability to the knife.

The bolster and end cap, which feature the Yaxell logo, are made from satin-finished 18/10 stainless steel.
