Product details

A classic in every kitchen is the chef's knife. The Yaxell RAN chef's knife features a finely crafted Damascus design on the blade, made from 34 layers of stainless carbon steel, which are forged onto a stainless core layer of VG 10 steel on each side of the blade. This results in a Damascus appearance with a total of 69 layers.

The handle is capped with a stainless steel end, providing additional stability.

The handle is made from robust linen micarta with a wood-like appearance. The blades are secured in the handle with two stainless steel rivets.
