The all-purpose knife in silver-brown features a 13.3 cm long blade made of 67-layered Damascus steel with a core of 10Cr15CoMoV. The blade achieves a hardness of up to 62 HRC. High sharpness and durability are ensured through a wet cutting technique and a V-shaped sharpening at a cutting angle of 15 degrees on each side. The ergonomically shaped rosewood handle allows for effortless cutting and enhances safety during use.
