The Xavax universal combination filter for deep fryers consists of a flat filter and an activated carbon filter. This 2-piece set captures grease and odors. The filters are easy to handle and can be individually cut to size from the original dimensions of 330 x 296 mm. This double filter binds grease vapors and odors that occur during cooking, preventing grease residues from settling on furniture and in the room. Particularly practical is the saturation indicator: the indicator color changes from gray-brown to red, signaling that the filter should be replaced when it turns red. The flat filter has a fire protection class according to ISO 9772 (UL 94 HBF), and the activated carbon filter has a fire protection class according to ISO 9772 (HF1).
