Wüsthof Vegetable knife PERFORMER

The Performer vegetable knife serves as a small paring knife and multipurpose knife, making it versatile for various uses. It is a valuable helper for cutting onions and herbs as well as for preparing vegetables.

The blades of the Wüsthof Performer series are made from a single piece of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel (X50CrMoV15), are laser-etched on both sides, and are then coated with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon). This diamond-like carbon layer gives the knives a surface hardness of 104 Rockwell and is ultra-hard. Thanks to the lotus effect, the knife blade glides effortlessly through any food. A standout feature is the distinctive and eye-catching representation of the trident logo on the 9 cm long and 2 cm wide blade.

The DLC coating (Diamond-Like Carbon), an amorphous carbon layer, is three times harder than steel. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, and high temperatures. This carbon layer makes the Wüsthof Performer knife resistant, extremely scratch-resistant, and long-lasting.

The high-quality handle material of the Performer knives is made from glass-fiber reinforced polyamide, and thanks to the non-slip Hexagon Power Grip, the knife sits securely and comfortably in the hand.
