Sharpening Aid Slider 6x6x1.5 cm Wüsthof 4349. The preset angle of 14° ensures that the knife maintains the same angle consistently from the tip to the end of the blade. The soft silicone surface prevents scratching of the blade. The underside of the slider is equipped with a Teflon layer, allowing it to glide smoothly over the sharpening stone. Ergonomic design, easy to handle, particularly suitable for wide blades.
