Diamond-coated sharpening rod designed for moderately sharp or dull knives. The unique shape of the diamond particles on the sharpening rod ensures optimal sharpening of the knife blade. The result is a smooth, sharp edge. Diamond sharpening rods are available in fine and standard grits. Since these rods produce minimal material removal from the knife, we also recommend a Wüsthof honing steel for daily or weekly touch-ups. Total length is 26 cm.
