The forged Japanese Santoku knife has a 17 cm long blade with a bolster, which makes it versatile in terms of shape, weight and grind. It is ideal for cutting and chopping herbs, vegetables and fruit as well as for preparing meat and fish, such as sushi or sashimi. This knife is made in Solingen, Germany.
