"Santoku" refers to the typical Japanese blade shape of the knife 4181 from the Wüsthof Classic series. This knife is versatile and ideal for fine cutting tasks in the kitchen. The handles of the Wüsthof "Santoku" are made from high-quality special plastic, ergonomically shaped, and feel comfortable in the hand. The blades of this Wüsthof series are forged from a single piece of stainless steel (chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel), providing high and uniform hardness as well as long-lasting sharpness.
