Wüsthof J400

The combined sharpening stone 4450 from Wüsthof features two sides with different grits: the coarse side is for initial sharpening to remove unevenness, while the fine side provides the finishing touch to sharpen and professionally polish the blade at the end of the sharpening process. Thanks to the excellent bonding and open-pore structure of the sharpening stone, fresh sharpening particles are continuously exposed during sharpening, ensuring outstanding sharpening performance. The 4450 sharpening stone can be used with either water or oil, but once the decision is made to use oil, it should not be used with water. Dimensions: Length 15 cm, Width 5 cm, Height 2.5 cm.
