Traditional 3-rivet design combined with elegant wood. The exceptional handles are made from exquisite grenadilla wood. The individual grain of the wood makes each knife a distinctive piece.

Forged from a single piece of high-alloy chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel. The precise hand and polishing finish ensures high sharpness and enjoyment while cutting. Thanks to the unique double serration, this Wüsthof cutting tool glides smoothly and safely through crusts and crumbs of all kinds. The knife has a blade length of 23 cm.
